Do you only work with guests from Scandinavia?
Our core is Scandinavians and guests departing from Scandinavian airports. If your group is mixed, that’s fine — as long as at least one organizer is based in Scandinavia, we can usually work with you.
What does a typical trip cost?
Most 3–4 night nightlife experiences land between €2,500–€6,000 per person depending on destination, flight class, hotel category and table preferences. We’ll always share a clear breakdown before you confirm anything.
Can you also arrange flights?
Yes. Many of our guests prefer one point of contact for everything. We can coordinate flight options from major Scandinavian airports or work with your own bookings and connect the rest around your arrival times.
How far in advance should we contact you?
The earlier the better — especially for race weeks and New Year. For standard weekends, 4–8 weeks is ideal. For last-minute opportunities, apply anyway and we’ll tell you honestly what’s realistic.
